1. Introduction

Welcome to Self-Travel, a travel planning application provided by Great Skill Arkadiusz Kuczewski. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Self-Travel app to:

  • Plan trips using our AI-powered itinerary generator
  • Save your travel preferences and itineraries
  • Optionally register and manage a user account

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the service or other users.

3. User Accounts

  • You may create an account using your email or Google login.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

4. User Content

You may submit information such as destinations, preferences, and (optionally) profile photos. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the service.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Results

The travel plans provided by our app are generated using third-party AI services. While we strive to provide helpful and personalized itineraries, we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or safety of the suggestions.

Use all travel recommendations at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software used in this application (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Great Skill Arkadiusz Kuczewski or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or misuse the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this service, including travel decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
